I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. In the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
Adults and Adolescents
I work with Adults and Adolescents from ages 16 -100. For ages under 16 I have several great referrals for clinicians who provide services to this age group. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples counseling, and Family Counseling.
Public Safety, First Responders, Active Duty, Veterans
I specialize in working with Public Safety Personnel, First Responders, Active Duty Military Personnel, and Veterans. Often men and women in these capacities face issues that requires treatment with a practitioner who is knowledgeable in this area. My background allows me to provide this type of treatment.
